Eugenie Scott on Science Friday

Eugenie Scott, the Executive Director of the National Center for Science Education, was on NPR's Science Friday last week discussing the topic of the Texas State Board of Education's recent adoption of new science standards. As we discussed earlier, the results of that vote were anything but solid support for the teaching of REAL science in Texas public schools.

You can now listen to the show and hear Dr. Scott and host Ira Flatow try to nail the Texas science standards jello to the wall.
