The year’s fifth anti-evolution bill was filed this week in New Mexico. Panda’s Thumb contributor Dave Thomas has the details.

So many of these bills have popped up in the last few years, and yet only one (Louisiana) has actually been passed and signed into law. In an economy like this, one has to wonder how many people out there actually think these bills are a good use of time and resources.
